ABOUT BOBBY SMITH
Leading the charge towards the formation of Georgia ARVC is Executive
Director, Bobby Smith.
 
Bobby Smith is a native of Georgia, born in Atlanta and grew up near
Decatur. He obtained a BS of Agriculture from The University of Georgia and is a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Bobby has been married to his beautiful wife for 35 years, with two wonderful daughters and two new grandsons. Church involvement consists of Chairman of the building committee, youth Sunday School teacher, four mission trips to Central America and current Chair of the Administrative Council.  
 
Bobby's civic responsibilities include Kiwanis, Rotary, president of homeowner’s association and coaching youth softball. He owns a farm in north Georgia which once was a poultry operation and now raises cattle. Bobby retired from the Kroger Co. after 40 years in various roles; store management, division merchandiser and district human resources manager. Last, but certainly not least, Bobby has owned and promoted the Atlanta Camping and RV Show since 2003 and has produced 40 RV and home shows.
